The special cast silicon aluminum heat Exchanger for commercial condensing low nitrogen gas boiler is cast from silicon aluminum alloy, with high heat exchange efficiency, corrosion resistance, durability and high hardness. It is applicable to the main heat exchanger of commercial condensing gas boiler with rated heat load below 2100 kW.
The product adopts low-pressure casting process, and the molding rate of the product is higher than that of similar products at home and abroad. A removable cleaning opening is set on the side. In addition, the flue gas condensation heat exchange area adopts the company's patented coating material, which can effectively prevent ash and carbon deposition.

1)premixed combustion technology:
The pre-premixing technology means that the gas and air are premixed before the fan, and the premixed air enters the combustion chamber through the fan. The gas servo proportional valve and the automatic premixing control technology enable the gas to be fully mixed with the air in proportion before combustion. By adjusting the gas proportional valve, the gas can be burned with high efficiency and low emission. The metal fiber burner is used to make the premixed gas burn evenly on its surface. The existence of local high temperature is avoided, the emission of nitrogen oxides is reduced, and radiation heat exchange is realized.
2)Condensing heat transfer technology:
The core component of the fully premixed low nitrogen condensing gas boiler is the main heat exchanger made of silicon aluminum alloy, which integrates the combustion chamber, flue and water channel. The silicon-alumina heat exchanger has good corrosion resistance and high ribbing efficiency. In a limited volume, the columnar heat-absorbing column keeps a large heat exchange area. The combustion chamber and outlet are located above the dry silicon-alumina heat exchanger, the water inlet is located at the dry bottom, the temperature of the water flow increases gradually from bottom to top, the temperature of flue gas gradually decreases from top to bottom, and the reverse flow ensures that each Part of the heat exchange temperature difference is the largest, and it can conduct sufficient heat exchange. It can absorb the sensible heat in the flue gas and most of the latent heat of water vapor, effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and make the water vapor in the flue gas saturated and precipitated, so as to achieve real high efficiency, energy saving, Environmental purpose.
