Working Principle of the Cast Silicon Aluminum Heat Exchanger:
The core component of the fully premixed low nitrogen condensing gas boiler is the main heat exchanger made of silicon aluminum alloy, which integrates the combustion chamber, flue and water channel. The silicon-alumina heat exchanger has good corrosion resistance and high ribbing efficiency. In a limited volume, the columnar heat-absorbing column keeps a large heat exchange area. The combustion chamber and outlet are located above the dry silicon-alumina heat exchanger, the water inlet is located at the dry bottom, the temperature of the water flow increases gradually from bottom to top, the temperature of flue gas gradually decreases from top to bottom, and the reverse flow ensures that each Part of the heat exchange temperature difference is the largest, and it can conduct sufficient heat exchange. It can absorb the sensible heat in the flue gas and most of the latent heat of water vapor, effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and make the water vapor in the flue gas saturated and precipitated, so as to achieve real high efficiency, energy saving, Environmental purpose.
Unique Advantages Over Other Similar Products
1) The furnace volume of the combustion chamber is 50% larger than that of other similar products. The inner surface temperature of the furnace is lower and the distribution is more uniform, which greatly prolongs the service life of the burner
2) The water channel around the furnace adopts rotary design, so that the highest outlet water temperature is at the lower right of the furnace, which structurally avoids the dry burning phenomenon in the application of similar products
