1. Silicon carbide MOSFET
The power device of the whole machine adopts a silicon carbide MOSFET, which makes the system become smaller and more efficient compared with the power device made of silicon material. Silicon carbide MOSFET has the characteristics of high switching speed, low parasitic capacitance, high blocking voltage, low on-resistance and positive temperature coefficient, which is easy to connect in parallel and simple to drive.
2. High permeability metal magnetic powder core inductor:
The magnetic device of the whole machine adopts a high permeability metal magnetic powder core inductor, and its basic characteristics are: high Bs (1.5T); it is not easy to generate saturation when making the rectifying filter choke on the DC output terminal under large current conditions, with good constant permeability; simple manufacturing process, high temperature sintering not required, accurate size, energy-saving and consumption-reducing.
3. Multi-module interleaved parallel:
The whole machine adopts multi-module interleaved parallel topology, and the advantages are: (1) The interleaved parallel structure does not need to use a large- current inductor under the same output efficiency. (2) When the switching frequency of each phase is constant, the amplitude of the output current ripple decreases as the number of phases increases. (3) The multi-phase parallel topology makes the current stress on each phase decrease, thus increasing the freedom of model selection and facilitating heat management and packaging flexibility.
4. High efficiency: Maximum system efficiency >99.5%.
5.Abundant functions:
Constant current on low voltage side, constant power on low voltage side, constant voltage on high voltage side and constant current on high voltage side, etc.
This DC/DC converter also has the functional features of wide input/output range, small size, low cost, parallel connection, complete self-protection function, and access to CAN protocol.
