HSW-2000B Computer Control Electro-hydraulic Servo Dynamic Rock Triaxial Instrument
I. Overview:
This rock triaxial instrument is developed and manufactured according to the following test methods and national standards, with simple operation and accurate data:
SL264-2001 "Specification for rock tests in water conservancy and hydroelectric engineering";
GB/T 50266-2013 "Standard for test methods of engineering rock mass";
GB/T23561.9-2009 "Methods for determining the triaxial strength and deformation parameters of coal and rock".
2. Main features:
The rock triaxial instrument is mainly composed of high rigidity (medium rigidity) host, pressure self-balancing triaxial pressure chamber, servo hydraulic source, servo valve, air compressor unit, measurement and control system, computer system and other parts.
1. High rigidity host: The host is a portal frame type high rigidity structure. The working oil cylinder is placed in the middle of the lower beam of the frame, and rails are arranged on both sides to facilitate the installation and removal of the triaxial pressure chamber. A spherical pressure plate is installed in the middle of the upper beam of the frame, which can automatically adjust the center, so that the pressure plate is in close contact with the end of the compression rod.
2. Pressure self-balancing triaxial pressure chamber: The pressure chamber adopts pressure self-balancing technology. Made of high-strength alloy structural steel, each pressure plate and pressure transmission piston rod are made of bearing steel after heat treatment and precision machining. The pressure chamber is placed on the mobile trolley, which can move along the track, and it is convenient to load and unload the sample.
3. Servo hydraulic source: It is composed of a confining pressure booster system and a servo oil circuit system consisting of a high-pressure and low-noise gear pump set, an overflow valve, a precision oil filter, a temperature sensor, and a cooler.
4. Drain assembly: to remove the medium in the pressure chamber.
5. The measurement and control system in the computer control electro-hydraulic servo rock triaxial instrument is composed of axial force sensor, confining pressure sensor, axial deformation sensor, radial deformation sensor, displacement sensor, all-digital measuring controller, servo valve and other parts .
5.1 There are 12 measurement channels, among them: 2 channels for force; 1 channel for axial and radial deformation; 2 channels for displacement.
5.2 The measurement resolution is high, and it changes within the whole range, and there is no division between inside and outside.
5.3 It has the functions of automatic zero clearing, calibration and automatic storage.
5.4 It has the control functions of constant test force, constant deformation, constant displacement, uniform test force rate and uniform deformation rate.
5.5 It has protection functions such as overload, over-range, oil blockage, over-oil temperature, and specimen fracture
