The INPPCS converter is the main actuator and core component of the energy storage system, which can realize the AC/DC conversion between the power grid and the batteries and complete the bidirectional energy flow between them. The charging and discharging management of the battery system, power control for charging and discharging of the battery energy storage system, both grid-connected and off grid operation modes, as well as mode switching functionality, are realized through advanced control strategies. It also boasts comprehensive protection functions, such as island protection, DC over voltage protection, and low-voltage ride-through (LVRT)capability, to meet both grid-connection and grid disconnection requirements.
