The full premixed low nitrogen condensing gas-fifired boiler adopts pre premixing technology, gas servo proportional valve and automatic premixing control technology; The fuel gas is fully mixed with the air in proportion in front of the fan, and the fuel gas high-efficiency and low emission combustion is realized by adjusting the fuel gas proportional valve; In addition, the metal fifiber burner is adopted to make the premixed gas burn evenly on its surface, radiate heat exchange, avoid the existence of local high temperature, and the nitrogen oxide emission is lower than 30 mg / m3 , which is superior to the most stringent environmental protection standard in the world. The smoke exhaust temperature is close to the return water temperature, which can be as low as 35 ºC, and PVC smoke pipe is selected. The comprehensive energy saving is more than 40%, and the adjustment range of frequency conversion output is from 20% - 100%, making the heat output more accurate. It adopts the world's advanced water and fifire countercurrent structure design, with high thermal efficiency and small volume.
