Technical Principle of the Cast Silicon Aluminum Heat Exchanger:

The silicon-alumina heat exchanger has good corrosion resistance and high ribbing efficiency. In a limited volume, the columnar heat-absorbing column keeps a large heat exchange area. The combustion chamber and outlet are located above the dry silicon-alumina heat exchanger, the water inlet is located at the dry bottom, the temperature of the water flow increases gradually from bottom to top, the temperature of flue gas gradually decreases from top to bottom, and the reverse flow ensures that each Part of the heat exchange temperature difference is the largest, and it can conduct sufficient heat exchange. It can absorb the sensible heat in the flue gas and most of the latent heat of water vapor, effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and make the water vapor in the flue gas saturated and precipitated, so as to achieve real high efficiency, energy saving, Environmental purpose.
