Structure introduction
The tester consists of door-type force-adding frame, motor-driven lead screw,hydraulic cylinder&piston, force testing system.The piston of the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the lower-cross-beam of the force-adding frame,the piston is installed with dust cover, bottom-pressure-plate.On the top-cross-beam which is fixed on the force-adding frame, there is the motor-driven lead screw&nut, the hand wheel is on the top of lead screw, and then successively the sphere surface, sphere seat,top-pressure-plate,the hydraulic source, oil-supply valve, oil-return valve, force-testing meter(from bottom to the top) is installed on the right side of force-adding frame
