Premixed Combustion Technology:
Pre-premixing technology refers to the premixing of gas and excess air in front of the fan. The premixed air enters the combustion chamber through the wind. The gas servo proportional valve and automatic premix control technology make the gas mix fully proportioned with air in front of the fan. By adjusting the gas proportional valve, gas combustion with high efficiency and low discharge can be realized. A metal fiber burner is used to make premixed gas burn evenly on its surface. Local high temperature is avoided, nitrogen oxide emissions are reduced, and radiation heat transfer is realized.
Condensing Heat Transfer Technology:
The material of the main heat exchanger, the core part of the full premix low nitrogen condensing gas boiler, is cast silicon aluminum. The main heat exchanger integrates the combustion chamber, flue, and waterway. The cast aluminum heat exchanger has good corrosion resistance. The columnar endothermic column has the largest heat exchange area in a limited volume. The combustion chamber and the export are located above the main heat exchanger. The water inlet is at the bottom. The water temperature increases gradually from bottom to top. The flue gas from top to bottom temperature is gradually diminishing. In order to ensure that each point in the heat exchanger can be adequately heated, water and flue gas flow in reverse place. In that way, the most explicit in flue gas heat and water vapor latent heat is absorbed by the water, the exhaust temperature is reduced effectively, and water vapor is precipitated from the flue gas. This technology can achieve efficiency, energy-saving, and environmental protection authentically.
